Effective January 1, 2023, we will officially be changing the company name “Nidec-Shimpo America Corporation” to “Nidec Drive Technology America Corporation” to better align globally with NIDEC Group Brand, presence, support network and reputation which has been an important part of our growth and strategy going forward.

All other aspects of your business relationship with the Nidec-Shimpo America Corporation business will not be affected.
