To better serve the North American market, Nidec DTC established a state-of-the-art Kit Build Center in Glendale Heights, IL, in 2011. This facility provides a fast, flexible, and highly responsive solution for assembling high-precision planetary reducers. The Kit Build Center allows us to:

  • Assemble any inline series (VRL, VRB, VRS) reducers in most major ratios
  • Deliver custom-built reducers within an impressive 2 to 4-day turnaround
  • Conduct the same rigorous testing as our global manufacturing facilities, including load testing, noise measurement, and backlash measurement
